# User Dashboard

> Your personal overview of tasks, deadlines, and the overall GRC health of your organisation.

## Overview

The User Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a personal snapshot of your outstanding work — overdue tasks, upcoming reviews, and the overall health of your governance, risk, and compliance framework.

</Frame>

## How to use it

### Task summary tiles

The coloured tiles across the top show your workload at a glance:

* **Overdue Tasks** — items past their deadline that need immediate attention
* **Red & Amber** — tasks rated as high priority or at risk
* **On Track** — tasks within their expected timelines
* **Total Items** — the total number of items across all categories

### Dashboard tabs

Switch between different views using the tabs:

* **Overview** — your personal task summary with GRC health and priority actions
* **Activity Wall** — a chronological feed of recent activity across the platform
* **Risk Wall** — a focused view of risk-related updates and changes

### Select User

If you have the appropriate permissions, use the **Select User** dropdown to view another user's dashboard. This is useful for managers reviewing their team's workload.

### Overall GRC Health

The horizontal bar shows the combined health of your GRC framework, colour-coded from red (critical) through to green (healthy). Below it, you'll see a warning if a high percentage of your tasks are behind or at risk.

### Quick Stats

A summary of the total number of Risks, Controls, Indicators, and Actions in the system.

### Priority Actions

A list of your most urgent items, sorted by priority. Use the **All**, **Overdue**, and **Red** filter buttons to focus on what matters most.

### Assessment Health

A gauge showing the overall completion rate of assessments across your framework.

## Tips & Tricks

<Tip>
  Check the dashboard first thing each day. The **Overdue Tasks** count is the single most important number — if it's climbing, prioritise clearing those before starting new work.
</Tip>

<Tip>
  Use the **Select User** dropdown to check on your direct reports' dashboards before one-to-ones. It gives you instant visibility of their workload.
</Tip>

<Tip>
  The **Activity Wall** tab is useful for catching up after time away — it shows what changed while you were out.
