How to use it

Searching and filtering

  • Search box — type any keyword to search across all risk fields instantly
  • Column filters — use the filter row beneath the column headers to narrow results by any specific field
  • Dropdown filters — the dropdowns above the table let you filter by Business Unit, Team, or Entity before the table loads

Tips & Tricks

Combine column filters with the global search for precise results. For example, filter by Entity first, then search for a keyword in the risk title.
Click any column header to sort the register by that field. Click again to reverse the sort order. Sorting by Residual Risk is a quick way to see your highest-rated risks first.
If you need to review all overdue risks, it may be quicker to use the Risks Dashboard and click the Overdue tile — it pre-filters for you.
The register shows the current snapshot of each risk. To see how a risk’s rating has changed over time, open its Risk Card and check the Tracks & Trends section.
