Overview

The Risk Register is the master list of every risk in your organisation. Use it to find specific risks, review their current ratings and ownership, and navigate to individual risk records for detailed review or editing. From the sidebar, expand Risks and click Register.

How to use it

Searching and filtering

  • Search box — type any keyword to search across all risk fields instantly
  • Column filters — use the filter row beneath the column headers to narrow results by any specific field
  • Dropdown filters — the dropdowns above the table let you filter by Business Unit, Team, or Entity before the table loads
Combine multiple filters to quickly zero in on the risks you need to review.

Understanding the columns

Action buttons

The icons in the top-right corner of the register give you quick access to:
  • Add new risk (plus icon) — creates a new risk record
  • Export (download icon) — export the current filtered view to a spreadsheet
  • Print — generate a printable version of the register

Pagination

Use the Previous / Next buttons and the rows-per-page dropdown (10, 25, 50, 100) to navigate through large lists.

Tips & Tricks

Combine column filters with the global search for precise results. For example, filter by Entity first, then search for a keyword in the risk title.
Click any column header to sort the register by that field. Click again to reverse the sort order. Sorting by Residual Risk is a quick way to see your highest-rated risks first.
If you need to review all overdue risks, it may be quicker to use the Risks Dashboard and click the Overdue tile — it pre-filters for you.
The register shows the current snapshot of each risk. To see how a risk’s rating has changed over time, open its Risk Card and check the Tracks & Trends section.
